About Blackstone

Located in a valley deep in the dark hill country of central Texas not too far from the state capital of Austin, the sleepy college town of Blackstone sits like a forgotten village nestled far away in the countryside. To those outside of Blackstone, the town registers less than a rest stop on a long dusty trail. Those traveling down the road that leads into Blackstone seem to always opt to take an alternate route that bypasses the valley town without ever thinking about it. In fact, no one seems to think much about Blackstone or recognize that it exists even though it is home to a university that boasts over 10,000 enrolled students with national champion football team.

Even stranger is the fact that the entire populace of Blackstone including the students who reside on campus have no idea that they are trapped on a writhing hellmouth where ancient gods and unspeakable horrors plan and plot to ascend from their trapped existences and burst forth to destroy or enslave humanity.
